Basically, my question is why does the printing work when the database app is set to LPT1, but when setting it to LPT2, how it needs to be set, nothing gets sent to the cups server?! Search everywhere only in this topic.
Somehow, every time I close dosemu, garbage is sent to the printer, but only if one of this apps were ran. The client refuses to switch the settings to LPT1, because it hinders the ability of users to have local printers, keep in mind the printer being discussed is a network printer.
