I found this book interesting. The information is put forth clearly and succinctly. Can be done in ten minutes. While the author does explain the method well, he also goes into great depth about what Chakras really are, and even more basically, what the energy system is that exists within all of us and how we can come to understand and use that system to iklham own benefit.
